The Dowell DP-A Fused granulate fabrication (FGF) pellet 3D printer is a large-format, high-speed thermoplastic 

extrusion printer designed for large-scale additive manufacturing.

Pellets are the raw form of most plastics used in industrial molding processes, and therefore cost up to 10 times 

less than traditional 3D printing filament feedstock.

Max Extrusion Flow Rate

The Dowell DP-A 3d Printer uses an advanced screw extrusion system, with a max of 5000g/hour. 3-Stage 

temperature control ensures smoother extrusion. The water cooling system enables high-speed and accurate 

model printing.

420℃ High Temp Nozzle

High temperature nozzle up to 420°C, with a larger heating area, can melt particles quickly, supporting a 

variety of material availability.

 100℃ High Temp Hot Bed

Platform composition: Silicone heating plate + 6mm tempered glass. High-power heated bed, uniform heating 

up to 100°C. The thickened tempered glass resists deformation, maintains excellent flatness, and offers strong 

load-bearing capacity, making model disassembly easy.

 Real Auto Leveling

Intelligent, all-round detection of the distance between the nozzle and the platform improves the printing 

success rate. During the printing process, the Z axis can also be controlled to compensate for the distance to 

ensure that the printing platform and nozzle remain level.

Automatic feeding 

When the "material sensor" detects "material exhaustion" or reaches the feeding time set by the machine, the 

material will be automatically fed from the roller to the print head, reducing the need for operation and manual 

intervention, and improving the continuity and reliability of printing.

Water-Cooled System

This heat dissipation solution is designed for high-power printing, accurately controlling the temperature of 

key parts to prevent problems such as blockage caused by overheating, ensuring printing accuracy and stability.

Power Off And Continue Printing

When the DOWELL large-format pellet 3d printer encounters an emergency, such as a power outage, it will 

automatically save the current printing progress and continue printing from the breakpoint after power is 

restored. So no worry about the power being off.

Dowell FGF 3D printers are equipped with a remote maintenance module that analyzes potential anomalies 

and provides access to parameters and intelligent information.

Remotely monitor the printing process in real time and capture time-lapse images, allowing you to closely 

observe and record actual conditions, providing a convenient and in-depth perspective on the printing experience.

The DP-A Series is a Wi-Fi-enabled network printer offering remote control. Designed for easy maintenance, 

reducing downtime and operational costs.

Four self-locking motors prevent accidental movement, ensuring bed stability in the event of power outages, 

vibration, or external interference, preventing misalignment and improving accuracy and reliability.
