Wide Range of Engineering-Grade Filament Compatibility

The DL series printers fully support 2.85mm professional filaments, enabling stable printing with a variety of 

filaments, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PMMA, PP, Glass Fiber, Nylon, PVA, and carbon fiber-reinforced 

materials etc. This meets diverse functional needs, providing a wide range of material choices for creating 

functional prototypes, robust fixtures, and end-use parts.

High-speed, efficient printing: 250-500 mm/s

The DL Series boasts print speeds of up to 500 mm/s, significantly reducing cycle time for large workpieces. 

Printing large parts in a few hours enables rapid production.

Ultra-High Extrusion Rate of 1000g/hr

The DL Series boasts an impressive maximum extrusion rate of 1000g/hr, enabling rapid filling of large cross-

sectional areas. This is the core of high-speed, large-scale printing, minimizing print times and significantly 

improving production efficiency.

420°C High-Temperature Printing

This professional 420°C high-temperature extrusion 3D printer ensures sufficient plasticization even for high-

melting engineering filaments like ABS and nylon. The high-temperature hot end comes standard with large-

diameter nozzles (0.8/1.2/1.6mm), ensuring stable printing of high-performance filaments and high-flow extrusion. 

It's also ideal for production and multi-size rapid prototyping.

100°C heated bed ensures strong adhesion

The entire heating platform utilizes a silicone heating plate and 6mm tempered glass, enabling rapid and even 

heating of the bed. 

Precise temperature control from 0-100°C provides uniform and continuous heat for shrinkage-prone materials 

like ABS and ASA, fundamentally ensuring strong adhesion of the first layer of large models and effectively 

preventing warping and peeling of printed parts.

High-Precision Automatic Leveling System

The automatic heated bed calibration system uses high-precision sensors for automatic leveling, providing a 

perfect starting surface for large prints.

Power Off And Continue Printing

DOWELL 3D supports interrupting the task at any time during the printing process, powering off after clicking 

save, and continuing the previous printing work after restarting.

Filaments Detection

When the filaments are insufficient or broken, an intelligent pause warning will be provided to improve the 

printing success rate and save time.

The built-in camera not only supports real-time monitoring, but also can record the entire printing process. 

The integrated camera allows you to remotely observe the printing process in real time and grasp the production 

status anytime and anywhere.

WiFi connection & Remote control

You can remotely adjust parameters such as printing speed and extrusion volume through a computer or 

mobile phone at any location, realize wireless transmission of files and remote start, stop, and management 

of printing tasks.

2. 60°C enclosed constant temperature enclosure

The optional constant temperature chamber provides an ideal environment for printing high-performance 

filaments such as ABS and nylon, eliminating warping and cracking, significantly improving the success rate 

of complex and large parts.

3. Dual extruder heads and PEI hot bed

For users with special needs, dual extruders can be customized to print parts in multiple colors or filaments 

and to print more complex structures. 

The PEI hot bed can provide an excellent printing surface, ensuring that the printed parts are stable and easy 

to separate, reducing warping and bonding problems, and improving the surface quality and success rate of 

the printed parts.
