The DOWELL DP-A series of fused granular forming (FGF) 3D printers are designed for large-scale industrial applications, offering build sizes up to 1600 x 2400 x 1600 mm. The DP-A industrial-grade pellet 3D printer features automatic feeding, a 6mm tempered glass heated bed, 3-stage nozzle temperature control reaching up to 420°C, and supports multiple materials including PLA, ABS, and PETG.

This large-format FDM printer is equipped with a high-speed extrusion system with a maximum print flow of 1000 g/hour and a 420°C high-temperature nozzle that can print engineering-grade filaments. This 3D printer is also equipped with an automatic leveling function, a 10-inch full-color touch screen and Wi-Fi remote management function to ensure printing accuracy, ease of use and high productivity.

Its print speed of up to 500 mm/s significantly reduces print times. The printer utilizes industrial-grade ball screw and linear guide technology for smoother, more precise printing.
