DOWELL3D ABS-CF is an enhanced composite carbon fiber ABS material, developed with the latest 

formula. Composed of ABS and carbon fiber, high-strength and toughness-enhanced. Not easy to 

become brittle and deformed compared with regular ABS black filament. It's an ideal choice for 

high-performance applications.

Low Shrinkage & Good Layer Adhesion!

DOWELL3D ABS-CF filament is a worry-free product that has great bed adhesion, very consistent 

color, and dimensional accuracy. The low shrinkage and stable printing dimensions make the fusion 

between the layers very good to obtain an even better bridging result.

 Storage and Usage of DOWELL3D ABS Carbon Fiber Filament 

1. Carbon fiber ABS filaments are easy to absorb water, please keep it in a sealed bag or box 

after using and dry it more than 2 hours before printing.

2. Carbon fiber black abs filament 1.75 might wear nozzles and extruder gears, it is recommended 

to use hardened steel nozzles, hardened steel extruder gears will be better.

3. ABS carbon fiber 3d printer filament is highly rigid, which also means it is easy to break, 

so please pay attention not to bend the filament when it is in the feeding tube.

4. Please insert the filament into the reel hole after use to avoid tangles.

5. If there is no print plan within a couple of days, retract the filament to avoid clogging the nozzle.

All materials must be kept dry to ensure optimal printing results. Seal and store when not in use 

for an extended period. Re-dry before use if left unused for too long.
